cpu starts, but in 2 seconds fan turn off Closed

Question

i have 945 board, when i press cpu button, fan goes running for 2 seconds after that it goes off, when i press restart button to start pc, then it gives two beeps, fan starts again goes off in 2 seconds, not show any message on monitor, no keyboard light.  I clean the fan and fix it properly, but not start pc, pl. help
