First you have to check in control panel it is mute or on.If it not then reinstall the driver.And if it does no work then it is better you format your laptop and then install your driver.It is better to format your laptop because i was recieving this problem 2 days before i had checked the whole internet but nothing works.Then finnaly i format my pc and reinstall the driver and it works.
