Text message lost

Hello,
i am not able to receive any text messages and all the messages from my inbox are lost....
please help me solve this problem as how can i receive messages?????

Dear Garry,

Please indicate the make and model of the mobile phone. It might be that there is a virus on the mobile phone and you will have to get the phone restored for removing the virus.
