Can't access website redirects everytime-help

I just tried to access an American website from Canada and I get only the Canadian splash page for the company. I guess my IP is being red and I am always directed to this useless splash page no matter what link I try to access the site from. The splash page has no links no nothing. The site is urbanoutfitters.com and they have stores here and ship here but they won't let me look at their site!
