hacked email and facebook help me Solved/Closed

Hello, 

please help meh this has happend before ok i was on facebook and then it said log on first but i was already on i logged back on and it said someone hacked then i changed my password and then after i tried deleteing my fb it just shut offf then someone also hacked my email cant reach my email either i have no clue what to do the changed my password to my email and facebook and its locked so i am verry clueless help me
