Help with webpages not loading

Hello,
I've been experiencing the same problems but none of those suggestions work for me
I have window 7 and have a broadband connection. tried trunin off avast and other methods also but nothing seems to work all borwsers do the samething no configuration to all browswer works cause its not the bowsers
any suggestions?

Dear Kareema,

The problem could actually be coming from some errors from the browser itself and I will hence request you to try another browser.

I already tried other browsers it all the same.
anyother suggestions
