To make free call from internet

Hello,

I have Internet connection. I want software to make calls on mobile/landline from my PC via Internet So please which software is suitable for it?

Try skype (https://www.skype.com/en/ it works on both mobiles and PCs. And if the person you call is also using skype, then you don't have to pay for the telephone fee.

skype can help but the only thing is that you have to pay
