when u go device manager joining ipod its show port stall or not stall . u can stall port driver from o s driver .some time virouse blocked port . it can be recover by reinstaling op. many and more ipod need softwere . u can get suitable i tune in www.en kioskea.com and www.download.com on free .thanks
