Yahoo don't recognize my email address

Hello,

For a while now yahoo is saying: Sorry, we don't recognize this email. And I am 1000% sure of the email address. I tried registering afresh but with same email address and it not accepting cos it's not available.

I have tried so many methods but to no avail. Please, is there a way I could get it back? The worse part of it all is I have email address both yahoo linked together for easy access and now I can't access both.

Hi,

To confirm if your account is still available, visit the Sign-in Helper and enter your email address. If it is recognized, you can recover your account by following the instructions provided.

If your account isn't recognized either, that means it has been deleted by Yahoo - due to 12 months of inactivity, or a violation of Yahoo's terms of service.

Unfortunately, you can't reuse the same email if you create a new Yahoo account.
