I am having Windows XP professional(SP3) on my system having intel D915 GLVG desktop board, it is not booting after pressing restart button more than 15 times it starts but after half hour it automatically shuts down. I had checked all trouble shooting steps available but all of no use. Please tell me what other things can cause this problem .

If your system is shuting itself off then check the heating system might be the over heating of CPU or if not booting restore factory setings of BIOS settings or Check hard drive jumper set it as master.
