How to make Window recognize Mac OS HDD?

Hello, I have a 1TB HDD Seagate FreeAgent Go (version for Mac OS). Now I want to use it in Window 7 and I don't want to install other software like MacDrive. So I format this HDD into NTFS. However, my Window 7 still not recognize the HDD without using MacDrive.
Is there any suggestion please?

I've just found a solution that is using Disk Management.
