Toshiba L40 10z Equium will not start

Hello,

I am trying to start up my Toshiba Equium L40 10Z ans it seems as tho it is starting but then goes to Windows Recovery Error(windows failed to start) page and gives me options to 'Start Normally' 'Safe Mode' etc etc,have tried all of them but it just keeps going back to the Windows Recovery Error Recovery page and starts all over again,just cannot get past that page and have n ot got a recovery disk.....:(,can you help please

Hi there,

Without recovery cd its impossible to fix it,either you order recovery cd on line for your system or format it from a windows installation cd of your choice.
