How do I fix my toshiba satellite?

Hello, As soon as I turn my computer on the first screen that says toshiba pops up and then
it does nothing. I hit F2 or F12,then is says loading setup please wait.... And then does nothing! I held the zero key down to try and restore it, but it doesn't respond to that either. Does anyone know what I need to do?

explorer.exe may corrupted.
Press these three key at a time(Alt+Ctrl+Del), task manager will open then go to file the click new task run, here type explorer then click enter. May the desktop will come.
if it is not working then during the time press F8 then go to last know good configuration. May help you.If not Repair the OS
