Internet Security Warning

I keep getting this warning pop-up:
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.
A required certificate is not within its vailidity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file. Do you want to continue: Yes or No?

If I say yes, then I can work on my computer without a problem. If I say no, the pop-up stays. It happens when I try to open Outlook. Does anyone know what this is and what to do? It only started after a power outage.
