I think u have to install audio and video driver if after that it doesn't work than format it and install a window again and after that it doesn't than put it in a tub of water for 5 minutes and start to charge it the sound will be there and definately once it gives u a flash

Hi,
Click on Start --> Run ---> type devmgmt.msc and click on OK. If you notice
any yellow mark then install the drivers from the motherboard cd or you can
download the drivers from the manufacture website.
If there is no yellow mark in device manager then
Click on Start --> Run ---> type control speech and click on OK.
Click on "Preview Voice" button ---> If you notice the text in the box is being
played or if you can hear it --> then codecs are missing in your player.
Try different player like VLC and check whether the problem still exists or not
Or You can download the codecs from the below link.
