Samsung c3053 usb problems

i bought a USB for my samsung c3053 and every computer that i plug it iin says that it cannot recognize it... i remember that there is some sort of programme that solves this problem if any1 knows of this programme or of any other solution please [/contents/courrier-electronique/format-en-tetes.php3 reply to
