Question

Hello, 
I get connected by wifi, then i get an error that says internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Send report or don't Send report.  Help!  I didn't change anything, my computer just decided to do this on its own...you know connect one day and then not the next. 


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Please provide more informations ,what were the last action done before having this issue,are other devices able to connect to the wireless router?did you make a recent update or installed software on it?

Hi,

Try this 1.

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon --->click on "Properties"

Delete temporary files, cookies etc by going to "General" tab --> click on "Delete"

button. Then click on "Advanced" tab ---> click on Reset..." button ---> then click 

on OK. 

If the problem still exits then 

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon --->click on "Properties" ---> click on

"Advanced" tab. Then clear the following check boxes

i)Enable Smart Tags

ii)Enable third party browser extensions

one by one and then click on OK -->now try to open the browser.
