Hello,
we bought two i books last night from a guy on campus. All he said that was wrong was that it needed new chargers. Well we got them and one only had like a hour of a charge left and the other didn't have any. The charger that he send with was complete crap. The new charger we have now doesn't light up, when plugged in, we took the batteries out and put them back in, tried different plug ins and everything. They don't charge and we don't know what to do.

Dear Stormy,

The reccomended cord is a 65W power adaptor and hence, it might be sourcing from an internal faulty cord but it could also be from the battery. Please consider getting the below application and confirm whether the battery is the faulty one.
