Dlink 615 Connects to Internet but wont open

Hello,


I have had some issues setting up Dlink 615 to use with virgin
My laptop connects to both cable and wireless and gets excellent connection & speed
it even records data packages and time connected but it wont open internet page

I even connected via my phone and same issue
I had wi fi signal but it would not open web pages

What browser are you using? If you have another Internet browser, try accessing the Internet with it. This could be a possible browser issue.
