How to turn on my ipode?

Hello, my name is katie and i haveben missing my ipode and tonight i found it and i for gat ho to turn it on pleace help me

Alright, first of all, if you have an ipod touch and u click the top button and it isn't turning on. charge it.
if u have a normal ipod type, hold the center button until the device turns on. doesn't turn on... it needs to be charged :)
