Trying to get music from ipod touch back on l

Hello,
ok i had to bring my computor back to its oringal settings now itunes is not recongizing my ipod touch saying its connected to another itunes same laptop and password i got 5054 songs on my ipod touch i dont wanna lose i tried to reinstall old version of itunes nuthing is helping i dont wanna lose my music please help me i just installed itunes again so what you suggest
