Hello,
My computer is fine, Internet is connected but if I want to upload something it will take for ever to come up. I can't find the problem Can anyone help Please???? I use FireFox and it's fine also. Thanks for your help.

Dear Megan67,

There should be some missing or corrupted files on it causing this specific difficulty and hence you should have it removed and reinstalled.
