Internet problem!

Hello, i got a problem which i can't solve.
Here it is, when i download something from internet other people in my house can't use internet.
Please help me, iv swapped two routers but it didn't work.

Hi there,

How many users are connected to the network?what is the speed of your net connection from isp?what is the size of file being downloaded?please provide these informations,.

I have two other people in my network.
I have maximum speed provided by the the company.
And the file i might be between 100 MB to 4000 MB
