Problem with the letters "o" and "l"

Hello,

Please help. Whenever I type the letter "o" it takes me instantly to the start of the word or paragraph, so the letter "o" accumulates in the start of any phrase. If I type the letter "l" it takes me instantly to the last part of the word or paragraph. It is practically impossible to work like that. I've tried Norton and McAfee and so far nothing. It happens anywhere, microsoft office, internet, etc....Please help me
