Change 32 bit to 64 bit windows vista

Hello, hi,, I frmatted my computer 5 days ago, and I install a wrong operating system,, my laptop before formatting is 64-bit windows vista, then, I install a 32 bit.. how can I change it to 64 bit windows vista again?? because all the programs are not working, ex. all the hp application cannot open, like the built in camera, wireless connection, modem... can someone help me??? tnx
