Hello, my i pod touch wont turn on i hold down both the circular button n the top botton to turn on n it still wont turn on....what do i do?

Dear Curly Sue,

Please let is charge for enough time and make sure that the charger is not faulty. Moreover, if it is not charging, it might be that the battery is damaged and hence you should get it replaced. Please confirm the matter.
