My Ipod touch wont turn onClosed

Question

Hello, 
after i try to upgrade my ipod touch software, my ipod don't want to on..
and then i try to connect my device to itunes store but it cannot access itunes store.

they give me this message:
"we could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-9812).

there was an error in the itunes store, please try again later."

I have been waited for almost one day but this message is still came out...
is there anyway to solve this problem?

when something somilar happened to me like that I updated my version from like 9 something the the nes update that is recently out and now it works fine :) hope it works for you......
