open empty excel sheet-use data-import external data-new web query
in the resulting window copy web page url and hit enter key
choose the particualr table in the wbe page by clicking hroizontal arrow and click import

when you open the query you get the full web page on the window. but there will be a horizontal arrows (mostly in yellow) for each of the tables. when you click the arrow of the table you want the arrow becomes a tick mark. now you can click "import" at the bottom you get the table only in excel.
If there is problem is it possible for you to post the webpage address.

I think the problem is with the web page. It is not configured for downloading.
see whether you can highlight the whole web page or a table and copy it to excel
another way is to open the webpage in Inerent Explorer where there is provision to copy the table into excel

First of all I would like to thank you for reply.
I tried to collect the information, but whole page is imported, but i need only few data, like copying contact details, is there any easiest method apart from this.
