Letters "o" and "p" keep working alone

Hello,
My laptop is playing games onme. letters "o" and "p" keep working by themselves. Is this a virus? or is this a hardware malfunction? Please need help..!!!!!

It might be a virus or still the keys might have been stuck down. Please carry out a virus scan to confirm the matter.
