Hello

I'm looking for the easiest way to manage, sort, find, and display about 300 cross country runners statistics. In column A, I have dates; in row 2, columns B through H I have resting heart rate, warm up, workout, cool down, # of aerobic mins, # of anaerobic mins, and # of flexibility mins.

Would I need to create a worksheet for each student? Come parent-teacher conference time, what would be the easiest/quickest way to find their students information?

Thanks for the help!

From what I got from your question is that you have information for all in one place and then you want to see information for one person "on demand"
If that is correct, then the best way would be use a macro that can help you to find the information. Least path to resisitance is use filter on sheet
