Ares won't load on my computer

Hello,

Ares is not loading on my computer whenever I click on the icon it just flashes and then nothing happens

Dear Sir,

Please consider checking whether there is no problem with the installation cd, whether it is scratched or still if it is a genuine one.

i have the same problem and its getting annoying I have been trying for half an hour
