Need help asap about internet connection

Hello,

iv recently moved house, sky came and fitted my router and we have one main computer where its plugged into downstairs and one laptop thats always downstairs,
theres also a computer upstairs with wireless.
upstairs the connection was fine, now it comes up with sky0482 and when you click to connect it already has the password and it starts to connect but they stops and disconnects, cant find out how to repair this
please help asap :) x

hello,
hold in Fn (the botton next to Ctrl) and then press F10 at the top :)
that shound would but u have you wait 10 mins if it doesnt work then i dont know ok :)
