i want to recovery vaio sz series Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 

    I can't recovery the vaio SZ series, I want to recovery windows vista on my notebook.
step 1 : System format hard disk . It's OK
steb 2 : when format complete,the system will be reboot to apply and install windos vista
    when the system reboot the harddisk it's detected problem with memory (blue sreen) .So the next time windows can not install application to my notebook
    I don't know what's a happened, please help me. 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

For recovery you need to boot from recovery cd and what i can understand is that you are using windows installation cd for the task?please confirm what are you actually using and do you have the recovery disk or not?
