Hello,

I have a problem with an LCD Monitor (ACER).

The monitor has to be powered only after the PC has finished booting.

If the PC is powered first , a "no signal" message comes up and the screen goes black for ever.

The video card is an ATI Radeon 7000.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Try this 1.

1) If you are using the Video Card then go to BIOS and disable the onboard VGA.

2) Update the Video Card drivers.

Good Luck.

Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Go to BIOS and load default settings --> save and exit the BIOS.
2) If the problem still exists, try updating your BIOS.
Good Luck.
Hi,

Finally, the problem has to do with the video card.

I found a way to eliminate the problem, by not connecting the DVI cable.

Thank you very much for your help.
