Hello,
My first 2nd gen iPod Shuffle died on me. I bought the same version of it because I am comfortable with it. I can't get it to sync on my computer/iTunes. I've uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it. I've checked every USB port and still can't find a solution. I've checked the security and firewall on my computer also. Please Help!!!
