My Passport Essential Closed

Question

Hello, 

I recently bought a 320GB My Passport Essential, and the backup software is working well on my Macbook Pro. However, I plugged it into the Windows 7 computer at school (for transferring and printing files), and it says the driver/device could not be installed.  I tried unplugging several times but it never showed up on My Computer on the Windows.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I'd like to be able to transfer files with it.  Thanks!

Dear Sir, 

Please make sure that the driver that you are installing is the right compatible one to your Operating System and also please indicate the complete error message so that we get to see into the matter appropriately.
