My cod wont load games.(ps3)Closed

Hello, 

When i am playing cod it will find a game and then say match starting in 8 secs then it counds down and then it says launching and it just freezes on that  screen and wont load any games and i can only press the ps3 button, please help me

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Same on xbox it started after i got my disc repaired for scratches :/ all i can pree is the xbox buton in the middle of the controller
