well if you cant connect to the internet maybe theres something wrong on the installation process. try to uninstall your USB modem, then Installed it again. make sure that you use a USB modem type not a USB flash drive.. if you do so,, please try to ask the vendor on you can activate you modem,Here in my country we had 2 way to connect the net using the USB modem. The Postpaid, ang Prepaid, Hope this will help you,.
