No signal message on my monitor!

hi guys, i have a foxconn 45cmx series with an ati radeon hd4650 graphics card. Its been working well but just this morning i switched it on and it came on alright but after loading windows, this message came up "no signal". i took the graphics card out and wiped it clean and reseated it perfectly and it still wasnt working. So i switched to the on board and same message came up. I tried the monitor on my laptop and it worked but i dont know why it doesnt work on my pc. Need help asap. Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi there,

If by cleaning it there is no improvement try the video card on another computer as well as the monitor and also check the cable(vga)..
