My computer cant Formating

Hello,

In my computer wheni was formeting computer then first we can inserting cd of xp in drive and after we can pc restarting and booting cd and when i was entered then some files are loading after my pc is hang cant do any thing..i have to just only one option's left and i have to only doing restarting pc only..can any one know what is the problem of my pc..and i was cheked all Ram. ASMPS, many more so please any one tell me Ans what should i do....Thanx.:)
