No desktop or start button

Hello,
I deleted the explorer.exe and the iexplorer.exe file and was not surprised when the desktop did not load upon reboot.What can I do now?I have no files to copy/export/change to bring back my desktop/taskbar/start menu.

Help me please.

i bought the pc from a shop that went out of business and when i took my computer to a tech to fix it he said the sticker with the windows registration key was not on the case anywhere.I have no disk so what can i do.I got taken for a ride with this lousy pc.now i need to fix it.i was following the directions on hereto repair the damage a trojan horse did and screwed up.can anyone help me fix it?
