No sound from laptop Closed

Hello, 
I'm just wondering if anyone could help me please, I have a pioneer laptop and recently haven't been able to hear any sound from it whether it be from earphones or laptop speakers, I've tried almost everything, but i can hear the occasional computer beeping ( no clue what it is ) and i can hear it when the battery goes flat also. If anyone has anyway to help me out , it would be much appreciated!! Thankyou!! 



Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 532.5

Hi there, 

Please get to the Device Manager and check whether you have to get the sound driver updated in order to get free from the difficulty.
