Sound doesn't work on youtube or the internet Closed

Question

Hello, can someone please help me. I have tried everything and nothing works still, I have done all the "missing.reg" etc things but still doesn't work. Does anyone know anything else? The sound works on Itunes and on my desktop but not when I want to listen to something online.
