Internet connection

Hello, my laptop is connected to a computer through a router and we have wireless internet. My laptop all of a sudden says its connected to the internet but wont let me get on the internet. When i click diagnose connection problems it says 'windows did not find any problems with this computer's network connection.' What is that all about? I still cant get on the internet and its driving me crazy!!!! PLEASEEEEE HELP ASAP!

Hello,

Try this 1.

1) Click on Start --> Run --> type cmd and click on OK. Now enter this command

ipconfig/all and press enter.

Make sure that IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers

are having addresses.

2) Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon --> Click on "Properties" --> Click on

"Connections" tab --> Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all

the options, if you notice any option selected.

3) Try disabling either your firewall or antivirus temporary.

4) Check your SSID and the security key also.
