Laptop cannot detect bluetoooth,wi fi devices

Hello,
it had been over a week that i noticed that my laptop is unable to detect any wi fi or bluetoooth devices...

please help me ...

Please check in device manager if the drivers are present or missing giving your feedback.

Are there yellow triangles with exclamation mark in device manager?

yes there are !!

bluetooth perpheral device( yellow triangle with exclamation as yu said )

Hi,

Now use your driver cd and reinstall the drivers since they are missing its the reason you are unable to use them.
