Why isn't the Internet working?

Okay, so on one of the accounts I have on my laptop, the internet won't work at all. I checked the internet connection and it says that it's connected, but the internet still doesn't work. It works fine on the administrator account and the second account I have, but not on the third one. I've tried rebooting the computer and a bunch of other stuff to get it to work again, but it still doesn't help anything. I have Windows 7 by the way. Please help, thank you.

In the account that doesnt have teh internet open up internet explorer and in the top right corner go Tools > options > connections tab > LAN settings and make sure the only box ticked it the automatic option.

apply and test.
