Hi there,

I need some help, my Notebook Gateway crashes just before the windows log in screen, so I think I need to reboot my notebook, but Im not sure how to..I dont have any files so its okay if things get erased.

I know how to get to the "Advanced Boot Options"
but im not to sure which to pick the options i have are

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Enable Boot Logging
Enable low-resolution video
Last known good configuration
directory servies restore mode
debugging mode
disable automatic restart on system failure
disable driver signature enforcement

start windows normally

Please help ...i have windows 7

Hello,

Try this 1

Select the option "Last known good configuration " and check if you are able to

boot into the windows. If the problem still exists then if you have installed any

application or driver then restart your laptop and this time select the option "Safe

Mode" and uninstall that application\drive and restart your laptop.

Good Luck
