Toshiba recovery problem

Hello,

I got through the two disk for recovery. It reobooted and it came up "Applying Final Configuartion...Please wait this may take several minutes. System till reboot upon completion. Well it has done this 3 times already. Its on its fourth and its been on that screen for about 30 min. How long does it take to go through this or is there a problem why is not rebooting?? Please Help

You should try run the installation a couple of times.. this happens with restore discs often
