Pop up message preventing me

Hi,
I have a problem with my computer, running on Vista, when I save a website link to my desktop, when I click on it the link I saved, I get this message:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action, Create an Association in the set association control panel" but I don't know what program is associated with the link I saved.

Hi,

Perhaps you have not well register the link to your favorites.



Try to save the link again.
