we should think two option in sound one is sound driver install or not in device manager . it is correct according to you . second is sound setting we can see it in control panel -sound and device sitting look one by one many optin . i think incorrect setting inside in advance setting . on chosen speaker types. it is setting mistake 100%. thanks
